With this goal in mind, the Estalagem offers the Environmental Reference Center (ERC), which implements actions supporting a Sustainable Tourism.   Recycling The Associação dos Catadores de Recicláveis de Conselheiro Lafaiete (ASMARCOL) [Recycling Association of Lafaiete] has just become another partner of the Estalagem. In the last month, representatives of the association have been to the hotel to pick up the recyclable material. This makes the job of recycling much easier and contributes to the increase of income of about 15 families. The Estalagem generates, monthly, about 350 Kg of recyclable material. Organic Foods Fruits, greens and vegetables are grown at the hotel. We use organic manure so that we both preserve the environment and guarantee your health.
